By using SharpSync (developed by CADSharp LLC), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

  • Login restrictions
    • User accounts are intended to be used primarily by a single individual. CADSharp LLC reserves the right to implement mechanisms that hinder routine login sharing.
  • Refunds
    • Full and/or partial refunds will only be provided with evidence that the service failed to correctly synchronize BOM data between supported platforms in a timely fashion. The extent to which the service was used successfully prior to the refund request will be taken into account when determining the refundable amount.
  • Non-liability
    • This service is provided “as is”, including any bugs, known or unknown. Use at your own risk.
    • CADSharp LLC is not liable for any data that is deleted, damaged, or disorganized as a result of using SharpSync.
    • Customers are strongly encouraged to test SharpSync in a sandbox environment before using within a production environment.
  • Privacy
    • By using SharpSync, you agree to allow CADSharp LLC to log user data in order to understand how customers are using the software, provide better tech support, and enhance the service. “User data” includes all data available within the SharpSync dashboard (including uploaded BOM data) as well as IP addresses.
